| OX is an operational Corrective Services Dog (CSD), located in QLD. He is a dark sable male with excellent pigment and dark eyes. He is a healthy, well constructed, young dog with great muscular development and possesses exceptional bone and head strength. OX is a clear headed male and temperamentally sound in the family environment, including with children, puppies and he has nil dog aggression. OX has happy and fast obedience and a great willingness to work with his handler, an intelligent dog, OX learns very quickly. OX possesses high but well balanced drives, excellent hardness, thick nerve and aggression. OX is a dominant young male who exudes self confidence and has an intimidating presence. He has excellent ability to switch between prey and defence drives and engages the man, with or without equipment, with absolute conviction - he is hard and fast in man work, with a powerful and full, yet calm grip. OX works in high drive throughout this phase of training and as such, is not suited to the inexperienced handler. OX is an exceptional and highly focused multi-surface tracking dog - he is a dog that enjoys the hunt. OX is environmentally sound and competent on all surfaces - including through water, slippery and uneven. He is confident with light to dark and dark to light transitions in buildings, rooms and confined spaces. OX is confident under gunshot. He is a very determined male in urban and open area search. OX was developed by us at Von Darcor, and is now deployed operationally as a Corrective Services Dog with QLD Corrective Services. OX is the only male from his litter of three - with his full sister OXZSA (also developed by us) now deployed in Japan as a Bear Detection and Chase Canine. OX' achievements: • HIT - Pass in Herding Instinct Test 03 MAR 2018 - Judge: Mrs Annette Luck; • CSD - Certified operational Corrective Services Dog - QLD Corrective Service.
